10 holiday gift ideas for the hard-to-shop for

As I mentioned in my previous post, I put quite the dent in my holiday shopping list over Black Friday weekend. Yet, every year I seem to hit the same hurdle when it comes to buying presents for a select few on my list. With plenty of guides for him, her and the hostess floating around online, I thought I’d take a more practical approach by assembling a gifting round-up for the hard-to-shop for. For recipients ranging from in-laws, yoga instructors, brothers, bosses and even your {friend’s?} furry friend, here are a few items that are sure to delight this season. [Full disclosure: I had way too much fun –during finals studying, of course– pouring through obscure sites in search of these picks, so enjoy the randomness!]

On a more personal note, I’m blogging to you via San Francisco today where I’m visiting my boyfriend and my best friend, a last-minute treat for just wrapping up finals this week! We have plans to celebrate her birthday with a festive brunch complete with ugly Christmas sweaters + drinks around the city. It definitely feels nice to step away from those single-digit Chicago temps for a few days 🙂

Enjoy the weekend + stay warm!
